Credit cards: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Alternatives: We accept alternative forms of payment for volume orders. Let us know what you have in mind.

Our books ship within one business day of your order. Books destined for non-European locations are shipped from our fulfillment center in Naperville, Illinois, USA, just outside Chicago. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped from our fulfillment center in Toronto, Ontario. Orders shipping to European destinations are fulfilled in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK.

Shipping options to United States addresses

Standard: US$4.50 for the first book, US$2 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via US Postal Service; officially arrives within 2-4 weeks, but usually much faster.
Expedited: US$7.50 for the first book, US$3 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via US Postal Service; typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Next day: US$25 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via UPS or Fedex; orders received by 1pm ET arrive next business day by 3pm. Requires a physical address; cannot ship to a PO Box.

Shipping options to Canadian addresses

Standard: US$8 for the first book, US$2 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via Canada Post; typically arrives within 1-2 weeks.
Expedited: US$12 for the first book, US$3 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via FedEx Ground; typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Next day: US$20 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via Canada Post Priority Courier; orders received by 11am ET arrive within 2 business days, guaranteed.

Shipping options to United Kingdom addresses

Standard: US$6.50 per book. Ships via Royal Mail 1st class; typically arrives within 1-2 business days.
Next day: US$13.25 for the first book, US$6.50 for each additional book. Ships via Royal Mail Special Delivery; typically arrives next day by 13:00.

Shipping options to European addresses (outside the UK)

Standard: US$10.25 per book. Ships via Royal Mail Airmail; typically arrives within 3-6 business days.
Expedited: US$18.00 for the first book, US $6.50 for each additional book. Ships via Parcelforce Express Service; typically arrives within 2 business days. Requires a physical address; cannot ship to a PO Box.

Shipping options to all other addresses

Standard: US$15 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via US Postal Service; typically arrives within 1-3 weeks.

Digital Books:

Within minutes of your order, you will receive an email with download instructions (from the address sales [at] rosenfeldmedia.com). If you don't receive the email or have other problems downloading our digital books, please let us know immediately.

Digital books: If you're dissatisfied with one of our digital books, please mail or fax us a note explaining why and certifying that you've deleted the file and its printed versions. Please use the mailing address or fax number listed in the help section below.

Unfortunately, we don't provide standard retailer and distributor discounts, and we take orders only via our web site (rather than via fax). We respect your way of doing business, but as a small publisher with a strong direct connection with our community, we can't justify doing business with you the traditional way unless you would like to place a high volume order (ten or more copies).
