Ordering, Shipping, and Return Information

Book Formats

  • Paperbacks: Our paperbacks are 6"x9" (15.2cm x 22.9cm) with four-color interiors. They are printed on high quality paper and use sewn bindings.
  • Digital editions: Our digital editions are available as PDF files (download Adobe Reader) and are completely free of DRM (Digital Rights Management) protections.

Payment Options

  • Credit cards: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Alternatives: We accept alternative forms of payment for volume orders. Let us know what you have in mind.

Shipping Options

Our books ship within one business day of your order. Books are shipped from our fulfillment center in Ypsilanti, Michigan, USA, just outside Detroit.

  • Standard (within the US): US$4.50 for the first book, US$2 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via US Postal Service; typically arrives within 2-4 weeks.
  • Expedited (within the US): US$7.50 for the first book, US$2 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via US Postal Service; typically arrives within 2-3 days.
  • Next day (within the US): US$25 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via UPS or Fedex; arrives next day by 10:30am.
  • Standard (outside the US): US$15 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via US Postal Service; typically arrives within 1-3 weeks.
  • Expedited (outside the US): US$20 for the first book, US$4 for each additional book in the same order. Ships via UPS or Federal Express; typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
  • Digital books: Within minutes of your order, you will receive an email with download instructions (from the address sales [at] rosenfeldmedia.com). If you don't receive the email or have other problems downloading our digital books, please let us know immediately.

  • Print books: For a refund, the book must be in resellable condition; the shipping cost is your responsibility. Please send returns to:

  • Digital books: If you're dissatisfied with one of our digital books, please mail or fax us a note explaining why and certifying that you've deleted the file and its printed versions. Please use the mailing address or fax number listed in the help section below.

    A Note for Booksellers and Distributors

    Unfortunately, we don't provide standard retailer and distributor discounts, and we take orders only via our web site (rather than via fax). We respect your way of doing business, but as a small publisher with a strong direct connection with our community, we can't justify doing business with you the traditional way unless you would like to place a high volume order (ten or more copies).
