The Italian site FucinaWeb posted a review of my book by Antonio Volpon on 29-Apr-08. I don't read Italian very well, so Babelfish helped me through. There are good comments about how personas and scenarios, when done right, are the fruit of field research and do not dwell on the persona's biography too much. Good personas represent a group's behaviors and philosophies germane to a particular endeavor. Poor personas emphasize the kind of fashion a person wears when choosing a retirement plan.
