I am the first to admit, I find it difficult to fit everything I want to say about mental models into a workshop. For the three-hour workshops I taught at UX Week and Agile08, I had to cut out one of the exercises. For the all-day workshop, I often ask the audience if there is a section we can rip through quickly, so we can crush everything into a 7- or 8-hour period. Thankfully, I am about to expand the mental model workshop into a two-day course!
