It is really hard to integrate the user’s perspective into design.
We had the interview and built the persona, but the gap between the problem found and the designing still exist because of the designer himself, the urgent schedule, the business strategy, the team work. We lack of a convinced approach to solve all the contradictions. Maybe the book is exactly what we need to learn about.
