For those of you grappling with intranet design, I've posted a new essay on the Adaptive Path site. The essay is the net result of research I did for several different projects. I wrote about the tasks from the perspective of an employee and her direct relationship with her company. (I did not include any of the data from my study of managers and executives, yet.)
