Insight Publishing has translated Luke Wroblewski's Web Form Design: Filling In the Blanks into Korean. You can learn more from their announcement and the listing on their site.
Insight will be translating other Rosenfeld Media books, and it's wonderful to have them as our partner in Korea. We'd like to bring our books to other non-English speaking communities; which language should be next?

do u have any plan to translate into Chinese?

We'd love to. We just need to find a Chinese publisher who is interested. I think many such publishers are waiting for the economy to pick back up before signing new books.
